Aron was born in North West London and educated at City of London School for Boys and St Paul’s School for Boys, where he was an academic scholar. He read English Literature at Trinity College, Cambridge, where he was a Senior Scholar and graduated with the top Double First in his year.
After Cambridge, Aron was awarded a Principal Scholarship to train as a classical pianist at the Royal Academy of Music in London. Over four years, he was awarded a Masters in Piano Performance, a Professional Diploma and an Advanced Diploma – all with Distinction – as well as an Honorary Diploma of the Royal Academy of Music. As a pianist, Aron has recorded two studio albums, performed at leading concert venues and live on national radio.
After the Royal Academy, Aron trained as a barrister at the Inns of Court in London, on a Queen Mother Scholarship. He was awarded a Fountain Court Scholarship to study in the Faculty of Law at Oxford University and was called to the Bar at Middle Temple in 2024. In October 2025, he will join One Essex Court as a pupil barrister.
Aron has been writing novels and screenplays for over a decade. His debut novel, Murder in Constantinople, was published by Pushkin Press in hardback in September 2024 and its sequel, Death on the Pearl River, will be published by Pushkin Press in 2026. Aron has also written screenplays for leading producers and studios in the UK, Europe and USA, and is represented by the Curtis Brown Literary Agency.
In his spare time, Aron can be found walking on Hampstead Heath, writing songs for acoustic guitar, playing tennis, and watching Tottenham Hotspur.
